How long will it take to receive my order?

All our candles are hand poured at the time your order is placed. Candles must set up before shipping so most orders will ship 2 to 5 business days. There are occasions when it may take a few extra days, if it is a extremely large order or during the busy Holiday season.

What are your terms and conditions?

Remember burning candles safely is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any misuse of our product.

Rustic Scents Candles shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Rustic Scents Candles.

Your purchase from Rustic Scents Candles signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.

 

Returns To protect the integrity of my products, I do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order I will do all I can to resolve the issue and make things right with you.

What if my candles arrive damaged?

In the case of damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@Rusticscents.com , with "Damaged Candles" as the subject of your email. We must know within 3 days of receipt in order to make the appropriate claim with the carrier. We will provide you with instructions which usually involves filing a claim with the carrier. The carrier usually requires seeing the package.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do except credit card master card visa , we prefer Pay Pal but will also accept check or money orders. With Pay Pal it is free to buy and you may use a credit card with no cost to you as the buyer plus the added protection of Pay Pal . Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you have an international order request, please send us an email at sales@Rusticscents.com and we may be able to accommodate you.

    When ordering a product from Rustic Scents , we request shipping information, such as your name, street address, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information will remain confidential and will only be used to ship you your product. .
     
  2. Submitting Feedback
    If you have a question or concern, you may submit feedback via our contact page. We request your name and e-mail address in order to respond to your comments. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes.
I do my best to keep each scent stocked. In rare cases of a large order of one scent, I may run out but will do my best to get a new supply in within a few days. In the event your order is delayed I WILL email you to let you know Shipping Info

Please allow 1 - 4 days for shipping. Any orders under $5.00 will have a 50 cents handling charge to cover box, tape, bubble wrap etc. Any multiple orders that can fit will be mailed in the flat rate USPS Priority box if this saves in shipping. I prefer always using priority but smaller orders will carry an option. Insurance is optional and paid for by buyer. I package very carefully and expect your items to get to you safely!
